Hosting and recipients

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Technical data such as IP addresses is processed in server logs. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that communication runs through Meta's service and WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party advertising or analytics services.

Retention

Appointment details are kept for a maximum of 12 months after your last visit. Records that form part of our administration are kept for 7 years (statutory tax retention period).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights — we respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
